currently, i am in paris, texas with my boyfriend Toussaint and his "The DuMetz-Scott" family for Thanksgiving. i feel so blessed to be invited to share this holiday with them. this will be our 3rd trip together, and after we leave texas, we're heading to L.A., which should be a lot of fun. he asked me what i wanted for christmas today- and i don't even know what i want, as far as materials go... in the past, i've had guys buy me plenty of things- of which are now are lost & forgotten- things of no meaning. i'm truly puzzled. i enjoy simple things: a kiss, holding hands, a smile, dreaming in his arms, laughing together, inside jokes, conversations, hopes for the future, those 3-words that pass each others tongues, and occasional assortment of flowers with a sunflower in the middle- or simply sunflowers. no doubt, i pass by some nice things in stores and want to get them, but i have bigger responsibilities than collecting materials (which i already have plenty of). I have bills to pay, and rent due every month. but in due time, i will receive all that i give. 11.23.2009
